Return Policy
A Tribe Called Thrift (ATCT) allows our customers in the United States, and U.S. territories, to return the merchandise* they received for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of the delivery date. This excludes items from "The Concept Shop" that are customized, sale items, and items purchased during a site-wide sale, as these items are final sale and cannot be returned. No refunds will be issued.
ATCT will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a shipping label for the initial return ONLY. You must cover the expense of any additional returns/exchanges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 1-hour grace period, after placing your order, to cancel your purchase. We begin processing orders as soon as the order is placed but please allow your merchandise to be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE FOR STORE CREDIT
We accept returns up to 7 days from the delivery date of your ATCT package. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your package, unfortunately you will have to keep the item(s) but one person’s junk is another person’s treasure so we suggest you sell it, donate it or gift it to someone. :)
If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason, please email info@atribecalledthrift.com as soon as possible to ensure everything is done within the 7-day return window. ATCT will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received by ATCT, we will process your store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. ATCT reserves the right to determine if returned item(s) are in the condition in which it was purchased. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned merchandise adequately so that it arrives back to ATCT undamaged. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
If there are any issues with returning merchandise or receiving your store credit, please contact us at info@atribecalledthrift.com. Please label the subject as [URGENT - STORE CREDIT/RETURN].
WRONG ITEM POLICY
If you have received your order and it either contains wrong item(s) or is missing item(s), please contact us immediately via email at info@atribecalledthrift.com. Please forward us the original order confirmation email you received from us, along with an explanation of what is missing/was wrongly sent and a photo upload as source of proof (if the wrong item was received).
MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file and you have not received it, please check your respective leasing office, property, nearest postal office and/or front desk, if possible. If your package is still not found, please click the carrier below that was chosen at checkout to file a missing package claim.
Please note that when you place an order with ATCT, you agree to follow the proper protocol in the event that your package has gone missing.
