Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days from receipt of payment, excluding holidays and heavy shop periods (ex. Black Friday, Cyber Monday), for processing AND shipment, unless stated otherwise. 

We are a small business and value a work/life balance. We will let you know in advance if ATCT.com will be closed for a short-period of time due to being away from our inventory. 

Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped and will include the tracking number. 

We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; and APO/FPO addresses, only.

Orders are shipped by both USPS or UPS. Here at ATCT, we give you the choice of choosing which carrier you would like us to ship your goodies with. Your cost of shipping may vary depending on the weight of your package, which you will see once you enter your information at checkout. All orders are provided with a tracking number. 

INVALID ADDRESS POLICY

Our customers will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. 

Please note, that if no response is given within 24 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the package will be shipped to the address given on file. Please ensure the suite/apartment/unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’ at checkout. 

If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by you, the customer, you assume all risk of not receiving your order. No refunds will be granted. ATCT will not be responsible for placing a new order.
